With less than 24 hours to go before the second phase of All-Star voting comes to a close, fans will certainly be doing all they can to vote their favorite players onto their respective league’s All-Star rosters.

The St. Louis Cardinals currently have a man in the mix, as Nolan Arenado is battling it out with Atlanta Braves third baseman Austin Riley for the starting spot at third for the National League All-Stars.

Arenado had a big game on Tuesday night against the defending World Series champion Houston Astros, driving in the winning run in the bottom of the fifth inning against Houston ace Framber Valdez.

He also scored an insurance run, narrowly beating a throw to the plate.

On Twitter, the Cardinals posted a video of some of Arenado’s biggest moments from Tuesday’s win and encouraged fans to vote for him.

After a bad start to the season, Arenado has kicked it into gear.

The Cardinals slugger and third baseman is hitting .272 with 15 home runs, 51 RBI, and a .797 OPS.

He also is reaching base at a .321 clip, slugging .476, and owns an OPS+ of 115.

Arenado is currently ahead of Riley in the voting, but with less than 24 hours left, the time has come for Cardinals fans to cast their votes and do everything they can to ensure that their star third baseman gets a spot on the All-Star roster and starts for the NL.

The veteran slugger was a finalist for the NL MVP last season, which was ultimately won by his Cardinals teammate Paul Goldschmidt.
