The Paris Olympics were filled with high-stakes, heart-stopping sports moments but few were as amazing as the men’s basketball game between Serbia and the United States.
Carmelo Anthony was courtside for it and revealed that it was “probably one of the best games I’ve ever been to.”
On the latest episode of “7PM in Brooklyn,” Anthony talked about that game as well as his interaction with Serbian star Bogdan Bogdanovic.

Bogdanovic received a lot of attention during that game, mostly because of how well he played.
But he also got some criticism because of how he mimicked Anthony’s “three to the dome” gesture after sinking an important three-pointer.
A lot of people said that was a shot being fired but Anthony said it’s all good between him and the Serbian star.
In fact, he said that he was quite impressed by Bogdanovic’s game and had to hold back some cheers because he was rooting for his friends and his country.
The game was wild and it looked like the Americans were going to lose for much of it.
But there was a major fourth-quarter rally from Team USA and they ultimately took Serbia down.
Immediately after the final buzzer, many fans said it was one of the greatest basketball games of all time.
Anthony clearly agrees with that.
Team USA played one more game after that one, taking on France in the gold medal match.
But many people, including Anthony, agree that their game against Serbia was the best of the Olympics and one that will be remembered forever.
