The New England Patriots are faced with a string of difficult decisions leading up to the 2024 NFL Draft.
Many believe the Patriots will take a quarterback with their No. 3 overall selection, but who that quarterback will be remains to be seen.
While drafting a quarterback at No. 3 could help jumpstart their offense, the Patriots have several other holes to fill ahead of the season.
They have two other picks within the top 100 that could also help them grow the team.
Adam Schefter has recently highlighted a meeting between the Patriots and cornerback prospect Decamerion Richardson, who has already met with nine other teams.
Mississippi St. CB Decamerion Richardson is scheduled to visit Monday with the Patriots. By the end of this week, he will have visited with 10 NFL teams, including the Broncos, Jaguars, Chargers, Colts, Browns, Eagles, 49ers and Texans.

Richardson seems to be gaining a lot of steam and traction from teams across the league, which should help his overall draft stock.
If the Patriots like what they see, if Richardson is still on the board when they pick early in the second round, he could be an easy target for this team.
The Patriots have been one of the NFL’s most successful teams for the past 20 years, but the past few seasons have left something to be desired.
Adding Jerod Mayo as their head coach allows them to move forward with a younger play-caller who can hopefully give this team a new approach with fresh eyes.
With this in mind, it will be interesting to see if the team’s draft strategy changes at all or if it will be similar to how it has been throughout Robert Kraft’s regime.
Can the Patriots make the right additions in the draft to bring their team back to the playoffs in 2024?
