The Miami Heat barely made it to the playoffs, and now they’re on the verge of taking down the league-leading Milwaukee Bucks.
Of course, Giannis Anteteokounmpo’s absence in Games 1 through 3 had plenty to do with that, but the Bucks still managed to steal a win without him.
Jimmy Butler has been arguably the best performer in the league these playoffs, even setting a franchise record with 56 points on Monday night’s epic comeback win at home.
Jimmy was so dominant and smooth that Hall of Famer Charles Barkley went as far as to call it the greatest playoff performance he’s ever watched since he’s been on television.
“That was the best performance I’ve seen since I’ve been on television… It was flat out incredible”

Truth be told, Jimmy’s performance was nothing short of historic.
It was the fourth-highest individual scoring performance in NBA playoff history, trailing only Donovan Mitchell (57), Elgin Baylor (61), and Michael Jordan (63).
He’s averaging 36.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game in the playoffs, all while shooting 62.8% from the floor.
For years, Butler has made it clear that he doesn’t care all that much about the regular season.
He always takes his game up a notch when it matters the most, so this doesn’t come as much of a surprise.
The Heat will hit the road for a chance to close this series out in Milwaukee and get some much-needed rest ahead of a potential series vs. the Boston Celtics.
That could be a big challenge, especially given they lack their second-best scorer Tyler Herro.
But hey, with Jimmy Buckets in human torch mode, it’s hard to bet against them right now.
