The Kansas City Chiefs lost their first game of the 2023 NFL Season to the Detroit Lions.
Many attributed this loss to the absence of Travis Kelce and Chris Jones, two of their top play-makers.
While it was initially unknown when both would return to play, the Chiefs have recently given an update on their statuses.
Chris Jones, Travis Kelce, and L’Jarius Sneed were limited in practice today.

According to an official team report, Jones and Kelce were limited in practice on September 13th.
This report is good news for Chiefs fans, even though Kelce and Jones were given the ‘limited’ designation.
Wednesday practices aren’t necessarily a telling sign, but it is a step in the right direction for both players.
Kelce suffered a hyperextended knee ahead of their Week 1 game, causing him to miss the season opener.
He has gone on record to apologize to Chiefs fans, saying he is sorry for missing the game.
Jones has been away from his teammates due to contractual disputes, but he is now signed and back with the team.
After all of that time off, Jones might need to be eased back onto the field rather than getting a full workload all at once.
The Chiefs’ Week 2 game is against the Jacksonville Jaguars, a team they beat in the divisional round of the playoffs last season.
However, after a dominant win over the Indianapolis Colts, the Jaguars are ready to start their season 2-0.
Will the hopeful addition of Kelce and Jones be enough for the Chiefs to come away with a victory over the Jaguars?
