The Kansas City Chiefs are the clear-cut best team in the NFL right now as they’ve captured back-to-back Super Bowl championships and will look to make it a third in 2024.

The Chiefs dynasty has been led by Patrick Mahomes, though he’s also had Travis Kelce and head coach Andy Reid at his side.

While Kansas City’s offense wasn’t what it normally is last season, this year they’ve added more weapons for Mahomes to use in the passing game which spells trouble for the rest of the league.

The AFC is looking stacked with potential contenders like the Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals and Miami Dolphins, though the Chiefs are the overwhelming favorite to represent the conference again.

Helping Kansas City’s chances to make the playoffs again is their own division the AFC West which is projected to be one of the worst in the league next season.

The Chiefs have dominated the AFC West and have decent odds to sweep all their divisional games via ESPN BET.

“The Chiefs are 30-6 against the AFC West since Patrick Mahomes became QB1 in 2018. Can they sweep the division in 2024?”

It’s hardly a surprise to see Kansas City given favorable odds to win all six of their AFC West games given the state of the teams.

The Los Angeles Chargers might pose the biggest threat because of new head coach Jim Harbaugh and Justin Herbert, though they lost a lot of offensive talent this offseason.

Then there are the Denver Broncos and Las Vegas Raiders who have talented players but no clear-cut answer at quarterback.

As of now, it’s hard to imagine any of these teams beating the Chiefs.
