The Los Angeles Clippers keep making moves.

They lost Paul George to the Philadelphia 76ers, but they’ve made some rather interesting additions to make up for it.

Steve Ballmer’s team welcomed Kevin Porter Jr. back to the league after a season out due to his legal turmoil, and they also brought in Derrick Jones Jr. and Nicolas Batum.

Now, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports that they’ve also signed Mo Bamba to a one-year deal.

The Clippers and Sixers are pretty much playing musical chair games with their players.

Bamba was expected to be one of the best big men in the game, but he’s failed to live up to those expectations.

He allegedly had the potential to stretch the floor with his shooting, and his length and defensive instincts made him an intriguing and exciting prospect as a rim protector.

However, even if he may never turn out to be a star, he’s given his team very positive minutes off the bench over the past couple of years.

He can hold his own as a defender, and he’s a solid rim-runner who’s going to be a perennial lob threat.

The Clippers are a big question mark entering the upcoming campaign, as they might trade Russell Westbrook, and there is still no word on Kawhi Leonard’s health.

And with an aging James Harden staying put and likely playing a larger role in their offense, they might no longer be considered one of the teams to beat in the Western Conference.
