The Los Angeles Clippers pulled off a big trade to acquire James Harden.
And while he looked quite happy after finally forcing his way out of Philadelphia, and Russell Westbrook also seemed ecstatic about being reunited with his former teammate again, one guy in the room didn’t seem to be happy at all.
In a clip showing Westbrook welcoming Harden to the locker room, some pointed out that Terance Mann didn’t even bother getting up to greet him.
He just looked up and made a bit of a face, and the memes and reactions didn’t take long to flood social media.
That’s why Mann himself had to set the record straight, taking to Instagram to crack a laugh about some of the memes they’ve put out (Via Joey Linn).

It would be easy to understand why Mann wasn’t exactly happy about Harden’s arrival, as his presence there pretty much means fewer touches and minutes for him.
Then again, people tend to read too much into things, and chances are there’s no bad blood or personal agenda between the two whatsoever.
The video does make it seem like Mann is unfazed — and even bothered — by Harden’s arrival, but we just don’t know the team’s dynamics or what went down behind closed doors.
Also, Mann knew his team was actively trying to get Harden, so he had more than enough time to request a trade if he thought Harden’s arrival was going to take a toll on his playing time.
