It’s not easy to have one son make it to the NBA, let alone two.

Of course, athleticism and physical traits have plenty to do with that, but that doesn’t mean anything without talent, luck, and a good work ethic.

That’s why the Williams family has to be very proud of Jalen and Cody, as they’ve both officially made it.

Notably, it’s more than evident that athleticism and big hops run in the family, as — like his older brother — Cody has already turned some heads with his dunks.

That was on full display when the Utah Jazz faced off vs. the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA 2K Summer League, with Williams going viral after a huge dunk.

Williams was the best player on the court during the game, knocking down shot after shot, being aggressive, and getting to the rim whenever he got a glimpse of light to drive.

The Colorado product could be in for a big role with the Jazz.

Will Hardy’s team will likely enter a full-scale rebuild.

Collin Sexton, Jordan Clarkson, John Collins, and Lauri Markkanen could all be on their way out, and that would open up plenty of opportunities for him and Keyonte George to take the reins of the team and grow with their mistakes.

And while some believe Williams’ upside isn’t as high as his brothers’, it wouldn’t be shocking to see him one-up him because of the expanded role he could have, as his brother has to coexist with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Chet Holmgren.
