The NFL Draft has completed only one of its seven rounds.
But, many people want to talk about who the winners of the draft are so far.
There are a few teams that had multiple first-round picks, and that gives them a clear advantage.
One of the teams that had multiple picks was the Philadelphia Eagles.
Colin Cowherd thinks they were the winners of night one.
.@ColinCowherd explains why the Eagles won the first round:
“Jalen Carter is the best college football player I saw. I struggled watching teams pass on him.” pic.twitter.com/sP9MnAFiTb

Cowherd mentioned how the Eagles have a very smart front office.
They were able to land both Jalen Carter and Nolan Smith, two Georgia defensive players.
Also, both players seemed like great value for where they were taken.
Carter may have been the best player in the entire draft, but he comes with off-field concerns.
Still, the Eagles felt like he was well worth the risk at No. 9 overall.
The Eagles came into the draft with one of the best rosters in football.
They decided to add two more players to their already stout defensive line.
Another team that had a great first round was the Houston Texans.
They selected C.J. Stroud second, and they traded up from 12 to 3 to select Will Anderson Jr.
Leaving day one with Stroud and Anderson is the best haul of any team.
Now the Texans should have cornerstone players on both sides of the ball.
These are the types of players you can build the rest of your roster around.
Day one was great, but there are still plenty of picks to be made before this draft is over.
