Despite their lack of on-field success in recent seasons, there is a lot of optimism surrounding the Washington Commanders heading into the 2024 campaign.
The team is excited to see what Jayden Daniels can do in his first season under center.
With any luck, he’ll provide a C.J. Stroud-like output, taking the Commanders from being one of the worst teams in the league to a playoff contender.
The Commanders are making a lot of on-field improvements, and it appears that they are slated to make some upgrades to their facilities as well.
FedEx Field continues to be touted as one of the worst stadiums in the league, and the new ownership group would like to make some changes.
However, as Josh Harris recently admitted in a video shared by reporter Ben Standig, a new stadium might not be completed until 2030.

Things could change a lot in the next six years for the Commanders.
If all works out well with Daniels, he could still be their quarterback at that time, but the state of the team will be completely unknown.
Harris and the rest of the ownership group are determined to make this new stadium happen, even if they have to wait longer than anticipated to get it done.
Having a new stadium comes with many advantages, including better fan engagement, and more chances to host marquee events like the Super Bowl.
With the Commanders’ stadium being a suboptimal to watch, or even play an NFL game in, the sooner they can get this new stadium done, the better.
