The Dallas Cowboys continue to be Dak Prescott’s team, at least for the time being.
But with all the uncertainty about his future with the team beyond this season, it only makes sense that they explore all options.
With that in mind, they’ve brought in Reid Sinnett, a former Cincinnati Bengals QB, for a workout, according to Jordan Schultz of Bleacher Report.

The Cowboys are still hoping to have star WR CeeDee Lamb out there as he’s holding out after failing to land a contract extension.
In the meantime, they’ll have to focus on other areas of the roster.
Since entering the league, he’s had brief stints with the Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and — most recently — Bengals.
Should he get the nod, he’d still have plenty of competition to make the final roster, as the Cowboys already have Trey Lance and Cooper Rush as potential backups for Prescott.
He has yet to make an appearance in the regular season, but he does have the physical tools to play in the league, standing at 6-foot-4, 225 pounds.
As of now, it seems like Lance holds the edge in the race to be Prescott’s backup, and he’d also make the most sense as a potential successor, should Prescott leave in free agency.
Even so, it’s always hard to know what’s going on in Jerry Jones’ mind.
