The Dallas Cowboys are rounding into form at the right time during the 2023 NFL season as the offense and defense seem to finally be firing on all cylinders.

The Cowboys have been enjoying Dak Prescott’s recent stretch of play as the quarterback looks settled into the offense and is throwing at an elite level right now.

Prescott carved up the Washington Commanders in their Thanksgiving matchup in Week 12 as he went for 331 passing yards and four touchdowns and no interceptions.

The signal-caller has been arguably the best player at his position the past month and he’s largely the reason why Dallas has reclaimed its status as a legitimate Super Bowl contender.

The Cowboys remain one of the most popular teams in the NFL and they’re giving their fans something to cheer about at this juncture of the year.

Dallas has been an exciting team to watch and they and Washington set television records on Thanksgiving, via CBS Sports PR.

NFL ON CBS delivers massive audience with 41.438 million viewers for the Cowboys’ win over the Commanders on Thanksgiving.

The league certainly hopes the Cowboys are able to keep this level of play up as their success brings in more viewers on a weekly basis.

This is a normal occurrence in professional sports as more people will tune in if the teams in the largest markets are doing well.

Owner Jerry Jones has done everything in his power to get the roster to a place where it can compete for a Super Bowl and it looks like he may finally have a team capable of doing so.

There are still several weeks of the season left to go, but Dallas is a team that no one wants to face right now.
