The Dallas Cowboys haven’t been able to get anything right this offseason.
From losing key players to not bringing anybody to replace them, all the way to infuriating their stars by not giving them contract extensions, this has been a disaster for Jerry Jones’ team and his administration.
To add insult to injury, nose tackle Mazi Smith even had to go through a major health scare on Saturday.
He had to go to the hospital to attend to an allergic reaction to peanuts, according to NFL insider Clarence Hill Jr.
Per a source, Cowboys NT Mazi Smith should practice today after missing the Raiders game Saturday following an allergic reaction while on the bus on Friday. It was a peanut allergy, the source said.

Peanut allergies might sound simple, but they could be lethal.
Fortunately, Smith is now feeling much better and will go back to practice, per the report.
The Cowboys will need everybody to be at their best to compete next season.
They’re not a better team than they were last season, and not many opposing teams in the league will feel intimidated by them or HC Mike McCarthy after watching the way they lost at home to the Green Bay Packers.
CeeDee Lamb seems to be livid at the organization, and it’s all on Jerry Jones.
He continues to drag his contract extension talks, leading Lamb to miss the entirety of training camp.
Truth be told, there aren’t many reasons to look forward to the season if you’re a Cowboys fan.
And even if they get off to a solid start in the regular season again, it’s almost impossible to trust them to rise up to the occasion when it matters the most with this current roster, coaching staff, and front office.
