Football is an incredibly physical and challenging game to play, with every game being played on the professional level in the NFL, resulting in players getting banged up and having to deal with injuries that can carry over from week to week.

It is a battle of attrition in the NFL, with the healthiest of the most talented teams in the league being the ones that tend to come out on top when it is all said and done.

Even though the league has gone to great lengths to make the game safer, especially for players at the quarterback position, who rarely get touched these days, the NFL remains a violent sport where players can take a beating on a weekly basis.

While on the St. Brown Podcast, hosted by brothers Amon St. Brown (Detroit Lions) and Equanimeous St. Brown (New Orleans Saints), star wide receiver DJ Moore of the Chicago Bears was asked what is the hardest hit he’s ever taken in the NFL and it came last season.

“This past year, the dude No. 24 from the [Minnesota] Vikings,” Moore said. “He hit the crap out of my back. My back was hurting, like for real. … He blew my back out.”

Even though star players like Moore get asked questions constantly about all sorts of things regularly, the Bears wideout didn’t hesitate to answer this question quickly, as Camryn Bynum of the Vikings clearly left his mark on him.

Fortunately for Moore, he might get some better looks this season in Chicago with the arrival of Keenan Allen, Rome Odunze and Caleb Williams, as the Bears appear to be headed in the right direction with a high-powered offense potentially leading the team in 2024.
