The Dallas Cowboys will be an interesting team to watch out for during the 2024 NFL season as they try to compete in the NFC despite not making many improvements to the roster.
Making matters more complicated is the Cowboys have yet to sign Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb to contract extensions despite the rest of the league locking up their respective quarterbacks and wide receivers.
Dallas has been desperately trying to get back to the Super Bowl, and they’ll need both Prescott and Lamb to get there.
In Prescott’s case, he had a strong 2023 NFL season and despite a lackluster showing in the playoffs represents the best chance Dallas has of competing.
Although preseason is going on, Prescott hasn’t seen the field as he seeks a new deal.
However, Prescott’s absence on the field didn’t stop him from connecting with a fan and leaving them with a few souvenirs via Mike Leslie of WFAA.
“This was awesome. Dak Prescott spent time with a young girl in a wheelchair & signed an autograph for her on her sock, shirt, & jersey. She stood up out of her chair to take a pic w/ him,” Leslie reported.

In the video, Prescott takes the time to sign various things for the fan and is even gracious enough to take a photo.
The two hug and pose for a photo and Prescott says it was great to meet them.
It was quite the gesture for Prescott who didn’t have to do that, but it’s one of those moments that remind fans how special it is to meet NFL stars.
