Dalvin Cook has recently met with the New York Jets, who may be in search of a Breece Hall fill-in.
Hall tore his ACL during his rookie campaign, and the timeline for his return to play remains to be seen.
The Jets have signed several notable players throughout the offseason, including Aaron Rodgers.
After Cook met with the team, Rodgers had nothing but positive things to say about him in a press conference.
Among other glowing remarks, Rodgers indicated that he’d love for Cook to join the roster, which Cook responded to on Twitter with a green heart emoji.

Whether Cook ends up joining the Jets’ roster remains to be seen.
Every indication from current players and coaches leads one to believe that he will be more than welcomed into the organization.
However, it has to make sense for both parties.
Cook is due $2 million this season regardless if he plays or not.
This could lead to him taking his time to decide his 2023 status, and not making a rash decision.
Cook has consistently been among the league’s top backs, but was recently cut by the Minnesota Vikings.
He could be a valuable addition to this roster, especially as they wait for Hall to fully heal.
There are heightened expectations for the Jets this season, as many believe that Rodgers will help break their playoff drought.
Will Cook decide to join this roster, assuming the Jets offer him a contract?
Or, will he take a year off, knowing that he still has $2 million headed his way?
