There are plenty of rumors circulating the NFL atmosphere about Davante Adams and his old teammate in Aaron Rodgers possibly teaming up once again before their storied careers are over.
Both played in Green Bay for eight seasons together before Adams was traded to Las Vegas in 2022 and Rodgers later was traded to the Jets in 2023.
Now, there is a thought that they could eventually pair up one more time.
ESPN analyst and former NFL quarterback Dan Orlovsky recently gave his take on if and when the two will ever play together again.
“I think Davante Adams plays for the Jets this season…I think this is a done deal,” Orlovsky said.

Specifically with Adams, there has been plenty of frustration for him since he was traded to the Raiders.
Yes, he has turned in back-to-back 100-catch and 1,100-yard seasons.
Yes, he is arguably the best player on the Raiders.
But in the end, this team has won a total of 14 games over the last two seasons.
That is not good enough, and it might not get any better with Aidan O’Connell and Gardner Minshew being the quarterback options this season for the Raiders.
If things go downhill early this year, Adams asking for a trade would not be a wild idea, especially if that trade was to the New York Jets.
Remember, Aaron Rodgers won three of his four career MVPs with Adams in the fold, and Adams made five Pro Bowls in Green Bay thanks to Rodgers.
If this trade does indeed happen, it would send shockwaves throughout the rest of the league.
