After beating the Los Angeles Rams in the Wild Card Round, the Detroit Lions now face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for a chance to advance to the NFC Championship game.
The Lions have been a rising team the past few seasons under head coach Dan Campbell and are in a position to capture their first Super Bowl championship.
Detroit has the talent to make some real noise if they’re able to beat Tampa Bay, but their opponents won’t go down so easily.
The Buccaneers rebounded quickly in the wake of Tom Brady’s retirement and are a sneaky threat in the NFC because of their offensive talent.
Baker Mayfield has turned heads this year as Tampa Bay’s starting quarterback and is playing arguably the best football of his life.
Dan Orlovsky has been complimentary of Mayfield previously but made it clear who he’s rooting for via his personal Twitter account.
“Love Baker Today I pull for the @Lions,” Orlovsky tweeted.

Orlovsky played for the Lions during his NFL career and is now rocking with his former team in what is expected to be a fun shootout.
Although the defenses are solid on both teams, the secondaries are their weakest points, and thus fans should expect plenty of passing throughout the evening.
The Lions are an easy team to root for because of the players and their lack of playoff experience, and Orlovsky is joining the masses who are cheering for Detroit.
The game feels like a true toss-up, but with home-field advantage on their side, the Lions are well-positioned to pull off another win.
