The Dallas Cowboys continue to play a dangerous game with CeeDee Lamb.
Recently, Jerry Jones claimed that their star wide receiver was ‘missed.’
Nonetheless, that was after he also said he was in no rush to get a deal done with him.
Lamb continues to hold out and doesn’t seem willing to play ball with the Cowboys, nor should he.
That’s why Dan Orlovsky is very concerned about him for the upcoming season.
Talking on ESPN’s Get Up, the former quarterback stated that oftentimes, athletes who miss time in training camp fail to perform according to the expectations, either because of health or their actual performances.
“When these premier athletes miss time in training camp, usually there’s something attached to either their performance or health that isn’t on par with the expectations.”@danorlovsky7 says there’s no guarantee that CeeDee Lamb will be able to seamlessly return to the lineup pic.twitter.com/BDrwxg3iUd

Of course, it’s not like Lamb is sitting on his couch eating chips and drinking beers all day.
He has to stay in shape and is definitely getting plenty of work in.
Nevertheless, it’s never the same to work out on your own than with the rest of the team and the coaching staff.
Lamb is a proven veteran and was arguably the best wide receiver in the game last season, so it’s only normal that he wants to be compensated as such, particularly with his current contract situation.
Jerry and Stephen Jones have failed to get deals done in a timely matter over and over, and that has often led to shattered relationships with their players.
Unfortunately, this won’t be the exception to the rule, and they’re risking losing or ruining one of the best players they’ve had in a very long time.
