For better or worse, Stephen Curry has changed the NBA.
Dare I say, he may have changed basketball forever.
The three-point revolution is a byproduct of his greatness and the way he’s dominated for quite a while now.
But, contrary to popular belief, it’s not like he’s just a natural shooter who makes the most of his obvious God-given talents.
He’s a relentless worker and someone who’s going to be the first guy in the gym and the last guy to leave.
As a matter of fact, he’s such a hard worker that he even practices those wild shots he usually knocks down in a game.
According to D’Angelo Russell, Curry has the most thorough preparation when it comes to shooting (via ClutchPoints).
“He practices every shot… So when he gets it to half-court with point three, he’s asking for it. He makes it. It’s like no surprise. Seeing his preparation made me really be like, Alright, I can shoot from anywhere.”

He recalled how he practiced half-court shots and all the trick shots and complicated ones he usually makes when it actually counts.
That’s why everybody on the team is always confident in his ability to make every single shot, as he’s just used to getting those shots up and those kinds of looks.
Curry has repeatedly urged those young players who want to be like him not to settle for three-point shooting.
He became the best shooter of all time because he mastered the fine art of short and mid-range shooting.
