The Las Vegas Raiders have gone through significant changes in recent history.
These changes have caused the team to be inconsistent in their leadership and the way their roster is constructed, resulting in suboptimal results.
The Raiders are an organization with a rich history of winning, and they are working hard to get back to that place.
Winning teams tend to be run by great coaches who have the respect and command of the locker room.
A few of the Raiders’ previous coaches didn’t have that mentality, another potential for the team’s downfall.
Things seem to be changing within the organization, at least, according to longtime veteran, Davante Adams.
Adams is entering his third season with the Raiders and is no stranger to the challenges they have endured.
Antonio Pierce has caught his eye, and Adams is not afraid to say great things about his new coach.
As he mentioned on NFL Live on ESPN, Adams said he noticed a “drastic difference” when Pierce took the team over.

The Raiders locker room seemingly became one unit when Pierce became the head coach, which could bode well for them heading into the 2024 season.
They’ll have their work cut out for them with a division that features the reigning Super Bowl champions, a Los Angeles Chargers team that has something to prove, and the Denver Broncos, who are also rebuilding and looking for their next step.
Will Pierce’s energy and culture be enough to bring the Raiders out of the mire they have been in for years?
