Heading into Week 4, running back Derrick Henry and the Tennessee Titans were preparing for what was expected to be a tough matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

However, the Titans actually wound up stomping all over their competition on Sunday, defeating the Bengals by a final score of 27 to 3.

Unsurprisingly, Tennessee benefited greatly from the performance of their All-Pro running back in their win over Cincinnati, as he not only found the end zone with his legs, but Henry also used his arm to help the Titans to put points up on the board.

After Tennessee’s victory on Sunday, Henry compared his throwing arm to Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning, who was a legend during his college career at the University of Tennessee.

Kristina Pink: “How confident are you in your arm?”

Derrick Henry: “Young Peyton Manning, I stand and live by that”

Believe it or not, Henry’s pass on Sunday actually wasn’t the first time that he’s thrown a touchdown pass in his NFL career.

Last season, the veteran running back helped the Titans score six points when he tossed a pass in the end zone to former Tennessee tight end MyCole Pruitt in a Week 7 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Then, of course, Henry had a memorable three-yard touchdown pass during the divisional round of the 2019 playoffs when the Titans pulled off an upset over the Baltimore Ravens.

So even though he’s earned most of his money in the NFL because of all the rushing yards his legs have allowed him to accumulate, Henry can use his arm to help out his team as well.

With Sunday’s dominant win over the Bengals, Tennessee improved their record to 2-2 this season.
