The Memphis Grizzlies have become the villains of the NBA recently, with Dillon Brooks taking a leading role.

Brooks has engaged in many duels during this season, making some enemies along the way and showing that he enjoys those back-and-forths.

The most recent episode of Brooks acting up happened during a recent Memphis Grizzlies vs. Los Angeles Clippers game.

The swingman trolled Russell Westbrook following the Grizzlies’ 108-94 win over the Clippers.

Talking with reporters after the game, Brooks called Westbrook a ‘clown,’ mocking the four points Westbrook managed to score.

This is a big fallout for Russ, considering that he went off in the prior game, dropping 36 points in a Clippers’ win.

During that game, Westbrook called Brooks ‘trash’ as he got ready to take some free throws.

Contrary to what he always does, Dillon didn’t respond to Russ, who looked fired up.

The Grizzlies and Clippers can clash in a hypothetical playoffs matchup, and the Brooks-Westbrook duel would get a lot of attention.

Right now, the Grizzlies rank 2nd in the Western Conference with a 49-28 record, while the Clippers sit at 41-38, ranking 6th at this moment.

The 2023 NBA Playoffs appear to be very exciting for fans. The fact that there’s no clear favorite makes the postseason an interesting one.

Brooks and Westbrook will try to help their teams make it to the big party, and if they clash in the playoffs, tempers will surely flare.

We are entering the final week of the 2022-23 NBA regular season, and these two teams have jobs to complete.
