The Milwaukee Bucks had a disappointing run in the 2023 playoffs despite finishing as the number-one seed in the Eastern Conference.

Keeping the poor performance in mind, the Bucks fired head coach Mike Budenholzer and replaced him with Adrian Griffin to start this NBA season.

While Griffin helped the Bucks to a solid 30-13 record, he was fired by the organization in favor of Doc Rivers.

Rivers was expected to take the franchise to the next level, but since the 2008 NBA champion’s arrival the Bucks are 3-7 in the season.

With that being said, Doc Rivers recently made an honest admission about the Bucks’ coaching job via Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports.

“It’s been 3 weeks. It’s been harder than I thought,” Rivers said.

Doc Rivers didn’t hide the fact that he has struggled to lead the Bucks to an acceptable performance this season.

Prior to getting hired by the Bucks, Rivers shifted toward a career in the broadcasting world.

But the prospect of coaching two superstars in Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard, lured Rivers back into the coaching world.

After all, if all goes well, the Bucks have the potential to lift the prestigious Larry O’Brien trophy in the summer of 2024.

The Bucks are currently the third seed in the Eastern Conference with a 35-21 record.

However, they entered the NBA All-Star break with a two-game losing streak, which is undoubtedly concerning news for the team.
