Donovan Mitchell has been a revelation for the Cleveland Cavaliers this season.
His arrival has taken them from play-in tournament territory last season to a top-four seed in the Eastern Conference this season.
Not only is Mitchell having his best season yet, but he is finishing the season on a high note.
His team defeated the Orlando Magic, 117-113, on Tuesday, and in that contest, he scored 43 points on 15-of-23 overall shooting and 5-of-9 from 3-point range.
It made him the first NBA player since James Harden to score at least 40 points in four consecutive games.

The New York City area native is averaging 28 points a game while shooting 48.2 percent from the field and 86.6 percent from the free throw line this season, all of which are career highs.
Even better, Mitchell has had a reputation as the type of player who will raise his game in big contests and big moments.
In just five postseason appearances, he has had four games with at least 40 points, and it is something Cavs fans can look forward to in the playoffs.
The win over Orlando gave the team its 50th victory of the season, making it the first time it has reached that milestone since LeBron James’ last season there.
The Cavs will likely have a tough first-round opponent in the New York Knicks, the team that many thought Mitchell would end up getting traded to last summer.
With some luck, Cleveland can get past them and perhaps mount a real challenge to a team such as the Milwaukee Bucks in the next round.
