The Golden State Warriors didn’t make the playoffs this season, so Draymond Green has plenty of time on his hands right now.

That’s why, on top of working on his podcast, he may have found a bit of a side gig.

According to Sports Media Watch (via Courtside Buzz), the four-time NBA champion is going to join the Inside the NBA crew for their Western Conference Finals coverage.

BREAKING: Draymond Green will continue to be a part of TNT’s ‘Inside the NBA’ for the entire Western Conference Finals.

Deaymond has not previously been part of the studio team for its on-site conference final coverage.

Green had already been a part of the team this year and in past postseason trips, but he had never been part of the studio team for it’s on-site conference finals coverage.

The report also adds that, contrary to the latest reports and rumors, this season won’t be the end of Inside the NBA, as TNT still has TV rights for another year before a potential new TV deal goes into effect.

Green is one of the most intelligent players in the league, and he clearly knows a thing or two about analyzing and dissecting the game of basketball.

He also has the unapologetic nature that has made Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley either loved or hated for years.

The former Defensive Player of the Year takes pride in spearheading the so-called ‘new media’ of NBA players, even though his latest takes have been quite similar to the ones from the media of yesteryear.

Whatever the case, it will be very interesting to see what he has to say over the next couple of weeks, especially if Rudy Gobert doesn’t step up defensively early on again.
