On Sunday night, the Denver Nuggets worked the Golden State Warriors and earned an easy and important 119-103 victory.
A huge part of that win was Nikola Jokic’s incredible stat line of 32 points, 16 rebounds, and 16 assists.
Speaking on this show, via The Volume, Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green said that Jokic was unstoppable during the game.
“He gave me total and complete hell tonight. And I had absolutely no answers,” Green said.
He then added that he’s honored to play against someone like Jokic and respects the man, who seemingly has respect for him as well.

Green highlighted one particular moment during the game when Jokic unintentionally hit Green in the chin with his elbow.
That wasn’t called as a foul and Jokic later admitted to Green that it wasn’t intentional.
Based on Green’s comments, it seems that he and Jokic get along well even though they are committed competitors looking to take one another down.
Sunday night’s game was just the latest amazing performance from Jokic, who is averaging 26.1 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 9.3 assists per game this season.
He is now the odds-on favorite to win MVP again this season, especially now that Joel Embiid is out of the running because of his number of absences.
His game against the Warriors was yet another example of just how dominant he is.
One of the great things about Jokic is that he is a nice guy who doesn’t take himself or the game too seriously.
He is perhaps the greatest basketball player alive and wants to compete and win but he also likes to focus on his friends in the league and his family life too.
That means that even though he will fight hard to beat Green and the Warriors, he will still remain friendly with everyone on the court.
