The 2023-24 NBA season is beginning to look like the end of the Golden State Warriors dynasty as they currently own a 10-13 record and would be out of the Play-In Tournament if it started today.
The Warriors have looked like a shell of themselves on both sides of the floor and now have several questions they need to answer.
Stephen Curry remains one of the best players in the league, but the supporting cast is arguably the worst he’s had in years.
However, one reason why Golden State has struggled so much is Draymond Green and his antics.
Green has compromised the team with his suspensions, and he hurt them again when he hit Jusuf Nurkic and was later suspended indefinitely by the NBA.
While Green is suspended, he will reportedly meet with Mike Dunleavy and Rich Paul to discuss his return to play via Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
“Draymond Green, Warriors GM Mike Dunleavy Jr., and Green’s agent Rich Paul of Klutch Sports are expected to meet Thursday to start discussing a path of counseling and help for Green to move forward, sources said,” Wojnarowski tweeted.

The former Defensive Player of the Year has a reputation for letting his emotions get the best of him and hitting opposing players, but this time the league is cracking down on him as it has no place in the game of basketball.
It’s a similar approach to how the Ja Morant situation was handled last season, so Green will need to complete a series of steps before he is eligible to play again.
Without Green, the Warriors’ defense will take a huge hit but they’ll have to trudge on without him.
