Dwyane Wade is an NBA legend and now a member of the Hall of Fame.
There was no question that Wade would reach that point and he made it in easily on his first ballot.
That accomplishment was the culmination of years of dreams and aspirations.
Ever since he was a little kid, he longed to be a Hall of Fame basketball player.
He discussed this on “Club Shay Shay” and said he was always telling himself he would reach that point.
“When I get done with this career, I need to be in there, I wanna be that first ballot,” Wade said.

During his 16 years in the league, Wade did a lot.
He earned an average of 22 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 5.4 assists.
He also did way more than light up the scoreboard.
He was a 13-time All-Star, a three-time All-Defensive player, a three-time champion, and a Finals MVP too.
Beyond that, Wade also became an icon in Miami and is now considered the best Heat player of all time by many.
Expectations for Wade were high when he was selected as the fifth overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft.
But during his tenure in Miami, he lived up to the hype and was a part of all three of their championships.
Wade making it into the Hall of Fame was a no-brainer, nearly everyone knew it was going to happen.
That just goes to show the skill, power, and prominence of Wade.
He admits that the idea of him making it so far in the NBA and to the Hall of Fame was far-fetched to some when he was a child.
But he is one of the few people who actually achieved all his dreams.
