The Philadelphia Eagles have been one of the most consistent teams in the NFC for the past five seasons.
This organization has seen some ups and downs throughout the years, but they’ve seemed to unlock something special with this regime.
Jalen Hurts has proven to be the correct choice under center, and the Eagles tend to make moves that work out for them.
Perhaps their latest signing will also end up well.
As the Eagles’ official Twitter page recently highlighted, tight end Armani Rogers has recently joined the roster.

The team had to waive Shaq Davis to make this move, but it seems like they are looking for additional help in the tight end room.
Dallas Goedert has been the defined No. 1 at the position for several years, but the depth chart gets hairy after him.
C.J. Uzomah has been a solid player for the various teams he has suited up for, as well as Albert Okwuegbunam Jr.
Grant Calcaterra has also had his moments in the sun as well, but nobody has taken on the TE2 role yet.
Rogers might just be the player they’re looking for to help them take the next step.
Whoever plays tight end for the Eagles this year has their work cut out for them, as the team tends to quarterback sneak more than any other organization in the league.
Not having Jason Kelce under center likely hinders their abilities to achieve this play at as high of a rate, but tight ends will have their fair share of opportunities to block and help make this play successful.
