It has been four years since Eli Manning retired from the NFL, and since then, he has been active in the media.
He has hosted “Manningcast,’ the alternate broadcast of “Monday Night Football,” along with his older brother Peyton since the 2021 season, and he also hosts a show named “Eli’s Places” for ESPN+.
Now, Eli Manning has joined Instagram, and he seems to believe he will end up with more followers on the platform than Peyton Manning.

Eli Manning may not have had quite as legendary a playing career as his older brother did, but he has every reason to be secure with his accomplishments on the gridiron.
He was the No. 1 pick in the 2004 draft by the then-San Diego Chargers, but he infamously refused to play for them, and thus he was traded to the New York Giants for the No. 4 pick in that year’s draft, which was quarterback Philip Rivers.
He spent all of his 16 pro seasons with the Giants and made the Pro Bowl four times, but obviously the highlights of his career were his two Super Bowl championships, both of which were won against the New England Patriots.
The first one came in the 2007 season, when the Patriots had gone 16-0 in the regular season and were being hailed as the greatest team in football history before losing to New York in the big game 17-14.
New York was a big underdog coming into the contest, but Eli Manning led the memorable game-winning drive, which ended with Plaxico Burress’ touchdown reception with 35 seconds left.
