On Thursday, the Milwaukee Bucks faced elimination in their first-round playoff series against the Indiana Pacers on the road, with Tyrese Haliburton and company having the opportunity to advance to the second round to face the New York Knicks.
Although the Bucks were able to get superstar guard Damian Lillard back on the floor for Thursday’s game, it wasn’t enough to get the best of a Pacers team that was far superior in this series, with fellow superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo stuck on the bench with a calf strain.
As the Bucks were getting eliminated, veteran guard Patrick Beverley had an altercation with a fan by throwing a basketball at said fan and basically losing his cool on Milwaukee’s bench.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, Beverley took it to another level in the locker room after the game by refusing to talk to a reporter because she hadn’t subscribed to his podcast, which is next-level ridiculous and unprofessional.
According to Michael McCarthy of Front Office Sports, with Beverley acting out in the locker room, ESPN has chosen not to deal with him anymore as they have banned him from being on any of the network’s shows.

Beverley is no stranger to controversy or off-the-court and on-the-court antics, but it seems as though everyone has grown tired of his act, and that could cost him dearly.
It’s not beyond the realm of possibility that teams no longer want to deal with all that comes with the Beverley show, which could result in him struggling to find another gig in the NBA.
