Fans Celebrate A Special Day For Warriors Player

The Golden State Warriors haven’t been able to be patient with their young players.

They had to give up on James Wiseman and eventually moved on from Jordan Poole as well.

Notably, Jonathan Kuminga has ‘survived,’ and while he hasn’t played as much as he’d like, it’s evident that they still have plenty of faith in him.

That’s why the fans took to Twitter to wish him a Happy 21st birthday shortly after the NBA shared it on Twitter.

Oh he is really 21. Happy birthday bro. 21 looks good on you.

Kuminga has a sky-high upside, especially on the defensive end of the floor.

His athleticism, raw strength, length, and speed make him one of the most promising young players in the league, and he’s shown glimpses of greatness when given a longer leash.

Having Chris Paul likely spending most of his time with the second unit could do wonders for his development.

He’s always been great with young players, and he’s already had plenty of praise for him.

Also, with the way the Warriors re-shaped their roster, they’ll also need their former lottery pick to take a leap forward and prove that he’s as good as everybody thinks he can be.

He was reportedly quite frustrated with Steve Kerr due to the lack of playing time, and his camp was reportedly considering pushing for a trade.

That’s why this could be a make-or-break season for the former G-League Ignite standout.

He has all the talent in the world, and all he needs is more time on the floor to prove it.
