After the Houston Texans‘ 2022 season, they hold the second-overall pick in the NFL Draft.
Barring a surprising decision from the front office, many believe that the Texans will be selecting a quarterback with this pick.
Ahead of their decision, the team has brought in Bryce Young, just one day removed from his visit with the Carolina Panthers, per Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.

Young and C.J. Stroud have been identified as the draft’s top two quarterbacks, and either one of them could go first overall to the Panthers.
Many fans reacted to Rapoport’s update, each giving their perspective on the situation at hand.

The Texans were in line to have the first pick, but by winning their final game of the season, they ended up with the second pick.

Many Panthers fans have posted a similar response to this fan, who wants the Texans to stay away from Young.
While Young won the Heisman Trophy in 2021, many have pointed to his size as an area of concern, wondering how that will impact his NFL stock.
