The Philadelphia 76ers looked to be in some trouble after they lost Game 3 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series on Friday to the Boston Celtics, 114-102.
Trailing the series 2-1, they needed a win on Sunday in Game 4, but after leading by 15 late in the third quarter, they saw the Celtics make a late run to force overtime.
However, Philly was still able to sneak out a 116-115 win in that extra session, and this series is now tied at two wins apiece behind big games from Joel Embiid and James Harden.

Harden poured in 42 points on an amazing 16-of-23 from the field and 6-of-9 from 3-point range, to go along with nine assists, eight rebounds, and four steals.
He hit the game-winning 3-pointer with time winding down in overtime to even up the series.
It was reminiscent of the performance Harden had in Philly’s Game 1 win when he dropped 45 points and hit the decisive trey late in the fourth quarter.
Embiid wasn’t efficient on Sunday, but he did have 34 points and 13 rebounds.
The series will now shift back to Boston for the pivotal Game 5, and slowly but surely, this series is turning into one that is living up to the history of the storied 76ers-Celtics rivalry.
The Celtics may have the home-court advantage, which they regained with their Game 3 victory, but the series can easily go either way at this point.
