Charles Barkley has been the best in the business as an NBA analyst for decades during his stint on Inside The NBA on TNT, and with the sport’s future on the network in flux over the past few months and reportedly on the way out, Barkley has been adamant about saying he won’t go to another network.
Barkley confirmed what fans have been dreading last night after Game 4 of the NBA Finals and said that while he did explore other networks, he has come to the conclusion that retirement is the best option for him and next year will be his last on TV.
Barkley said he wanted everyone to hear it from him directly instead of letting this situation drag on and dealing with rumors.

Inside The NBA has produced countless unforgettable moments over the years and is something fans have always looked forward to on Thursday (and now Tuesday) nights after TNT’s NBA games, staying up late to laugh with Chuck, Shaquille O’Neal, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson.
Watching ESPN’s NBA broadcast makes it even more obvious how special Inside The NBA is, as ESPN has tried for years to recreate the magic Chuck and the crew have created without ever coming close.
If this is really it for Barkley and perhaps the rest of the Inside The NBA crew, next season should be completely unhinged in the best of ways.
