For offensive linemen, one of their most defining characteristics is their weight, to try and keep defensive players away from their quarterback.
After players retire from the NFL, their bodies typically go through significant changes, as their life has shifted away from professional sports.
Russell Okung retired from the NFL after the 2020 season and has recently posted images of his body transformation.

Okung has lost significant weight after his playing days after once weighing over 300 pounds.
After he posted this transformation, many NFL fans commented on his remarkable weight loss.

As this fan highlights, linemen typically eat several thousand calories per day to keep themselves at a manageable playing weight.
When they do leave the league, however, similar to Okung, linemen typically shed weight quickly.

Many have compared Okung’s new physique to other celebrities, including Donald Glover, as this fan points out.

Okung has been retired for over two years, so a return to the NFL is highly unlikely at this point.
