With consecutive wins over the Jacksonville Jaguars and Chicago Bears, the Cleveland Browns are sitting at 9-5 on the season and seem to be headed toward clinching a playoff spot in the AFC, as long as the team can finish strong in the final three regular-season games.
Even though the Browns no longer have Deshaun Watson leading the charge under center after he suffered a season-ending injury, Cleveland has done quite well with veteran quarterback Joe Flacco as the starting quarterback moving forward.
With Flacco helping keep the Browns’ playoff hopes alive, the 38-year-old is becoming a fan favorite in Cleveland, and as a result, he has had his every move documented over the last few weeks, which also includes the status of his facial hair.
Ahead of Week 16’s matchup on the road against the Houston Texans, Flacco debuted a new look, with the veteran quarterback getting rid of his beard, via Andrew Siciliano of NFL Network.

Hopefully, for Flacco, the less facial hair, the better, as he’ll need to be on his game in the final three regular-season games in order to give the Browns the best chance of being playoff-bound and securing a favorable seed in the AFC.
Following this weekend’s matchup against the Texans, the Browns will play their final home game during the regular season against the visiting New York Jets before heading on the road to take on the Cincinnati Bengals at Paycor Stadium.
