The Arizona Cardinals have seen many changes to their organization this offseason.
One of the biggest was the hiring of new head coach Jonathan Gannon.
He joins the Cardinals after spending last season as the defensive coordinator of the Philadelphia Eagles.
The new staff that Gannon brought in will have their work cut out for them.
Arizona will struggle next season, at least to start the year.
That is because quarterback Kyler Murray is recovering from an ACL injury.
He is one of the most dynamic quarterbacks in the league, and the Cardinals hope to get him back by midseason.
But, Murray seems to be recovering quickly.
As shared by NFL on ESPN, Murray was squatting just 13 weeks after surgery.

Murray seems to be ahead of schedule in his recovery, which is great news for the Cardinals.
That looks to be 315 lbs on the squat that Kyler is doing pretty smoothly. #squats

Cardinals fans are thrilled to see Murray back in the gym.
They paid him to be their franchise quarterback for the foreseeable future, but he has yet to put together an elite season.
His career high in passing touchdowns is 26 and he has not played a full season since 2020.
With that being said, he is still the guy in Arizona.

Murray has been criticized in the past for a lack of focus on football.
But, he seems to be putting that to rest this offseason.
Guess we can shutdown the narrative he doesn’t care about football and plays video games all day https://t.co/cEVKajxB3S

Hopefully, his recovery will allow him to return earlier than expected in 2023.
