We are still only in the first round but the NBA playoffs have already given us so much excitement and amazing basketball.
Fans of the league want to tune into every game because nearly every single matchup is full of great drama and explosive skill.
But Thursday night will be tough because two huge games are happening at the same time.
NBA paint on Twitter pointed out that the Sacramento Kings-Golden State Warriors game starts at 10 p.m. Eastern, while the Phoenix Suns-Los Angeles Clippers game starts just thirty minutes later.
That means that many people will be making a very difficult decision when it comes to which game to watch.

The scheduling of Thursday’s games has gotten a lot of criticism online.
Fans flocked to Twitter to complain.
Many poked fun at the concept of attempting to watch both games at the same time.

Others made it clear why this was happening.
The teams are all west coast squads, which means the scheduling needs to cater to people living in that part of the country.
The NBA was left with very little choice when it came to this.
Those are West Coast games. So they start at 7:00 and 7:30 respectively. Those fans should be able to watch those games in primetime. That’s exactly what this is

Another fan made a good point: if the league changed the start time of these games, it would have put them right in the middle of rush hour which would have been awful for fans.
So similar start times were simply unavoidable because of the location of these teams.
How would this be fixed? 4pm or 5pm tip off on the West Coast? On a weekday … during rush hour?

But it could be worse.
The Diamond reminded people that Swedish NBA fans will have to get up at 4:30 in the morning to enjoy the games.

These are two huge games with major consequences for each team so you can bet that NBA followers will be switching back and forth between both all night.
