The Tennessee Titans have recently been identified as a team that is willing to move up in the NFL Draft, potentially to the number three overall pick.
This pick is currently held by the Arizona Cardinals.
However, the Cardinals already have a franchise quarterback that is tied to the team for the foreseeable future in Kyler Murray.
With an increasing hesitancy towards Ryan Tannehill, the Titans may need to be aggressive to secure their most desirable quarterback prospect.

After this news was announced, many fans reacted accordingly, especially since this was surprising to most.
They’re trying to get Anthony Richardson https://t.co/S134LXC8uo

As this fan points out, the Titans might be interested in drafting Anthony Richardson.
Richardson has been profiled as an athletic, explosive quarterback, a complete change from Tannehill.
If the Titans did draft Richardson, their offense would need to change significantly to match his play style.

Several fans have speculated that the Titans are exclusively interested in Richardson.
However, not everyone is excited, both about the potential of drafting Richardson, and about the Titans’ possibility of trading up.
Bad idea. Can’t give up the future picks to justify it. Go get OL or WR at 11. https://t.co/hSWVNAM87m

As this fan points out, he would rather the Titans take a wide receiver or offensive lineman at the 11th overall pick, rather than draft a quarterback.
I don’t want Will Levis or Anthony Richardson man
Just skip this class for next year already https://t.co/3aRHo7mo9e

Will Levis YOU are a Titan

It’s good for them to explore all possible moves. But it’s not worth losing a big time player like Jeff Simmons to end up with the 3rd best quarterback available

Another fan believes that this is a weak quarterback draft class, and would rather the Titans wait one more year on a quarterback.
Ultimately, the Titans haven’t traded for this pick, so everything to this point has been speculative.
After a 7-10 season in 2022, the Titans are slated to make several changes to their roster, which could mean a change at quarterback.
