Is there a combined name that works for the New York Jets and Green Bay Packers?

While we can’t necessarily come up with a cute name for the two teams, the Packers continue to lose players to the Jets.

Allen Lazard, Billy Turner, and Aaron Rodgers have all moved on, joining the Jets.

Now, as Adam Schefter has recently reported, Randall Cobb will also be joining his old friends, signing a 1-year contract with the Jets.

Rodgers’ influence on his former teammates has continued, as the Jets have been a popular free-agent destination.

After this signing was announced, fans across the league made their feelings heard on the situation, providing mixed reviews.

As a few fans mention, Cobb’s extensive NFL experience could be positive for their receiving corps, given the youth at the position.

Throughout his career, Cobb has been well-liked by Rodgers, and the Packers fanbase has always embraced him.

Now, Cobb will reunite with Rodgers once more, hoping to make a deep playoff run with the Jets.

While there was some initial excitement over this move, other Jets fans were not so enthusiastic.

As this fan points out, the Jets traded away Elijah Moore earlier in the offseason.

Moore was a promising, young receiver for the Jets, who is now seemingly replaced with Cobb, an older, slower receiver.
