The Tennessee Titans finished the 2022 NFL Season with a 7-10 record, a stark change from their 12-5 record in 2021.
While several growth areas are within the roster, many have pointed to the quarterback position as a massive weak spot.
Ryan Tannehill has led the Titans since 2019, but a recent report from Jeremy Fowler via Dov Kleiman indicates this might not be the case moving forward.
Update: NFL teams believe #Titans QB Ryan Tannehill is available for trade, per @JFowlerESPN

As Fowler indicated, many teams believe that Tannehill is on the trade block, which was met with mixed reactions from fans across the league.
Current fans of the team were torn about this report, as seen below.
Tennessee cleaning house and starting over. Tanking for Caleb Williams or Drake Maye?

Some good news on this fine Sunday. Too bad that cap hit is enormous. One to watch in the lead up to the draft. https://t.co/14elh1wSAf

As these two fans point out, trading away Tannehill could be a positive thing for their organization.
Tannehill was benched at one point during the 2022 campaign in favor of then-rookie Malik Davis.
He also was out for a few games due to an ankle injury.
While Tannehill is an 11-year NFL veteran and provides leadership in the Titans’ locker room, all good things must end.
If these reports are true, there are fans of several teams across the league who are interested in adding Tannehill’s services to their roster.
Been calling this all offseason.
I don’t see Tannehill back this season unless they have no other option
To me The Atlanta Falcons make a TON of sense https://t.co/9OnffGLeOA

Atlanta most likely and realistic. Tampa & Washington should be in on this as well. https://t.co/gtptG97UYo

As both of these fans suggest, the Atlanta Falcons, Washington Commanders, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are three potential destinations.
Each one of these teams needs a quarterback change, either through the draft or by signing a quarterback like Tannehill.
However, given Tannehill’s $36 million cap hit, it would be a significant risk and investment for any team.
Will another team take a chance on Tannehill, with his age and cap hit in mind?
