Heading into the Super Bowl, there was a narrative surrounding the Chiefs, particularly that Mahomes had limited weapons.

The Chiefs had lost Tyreek Hill during the offseason, one of the league’s premier defenders.

However, due to a combination of Mahomes’ greatness, the continued success of Travis Kelce, and surprising players stepping up, the Chiefs were able to hoist the Lombardi Trophy.

While Chiefs fans took a lot of credit for high viewership, Eagles fans also expressed their thoughts on the matter.

Despite losing in the title game, Eagles fans remain proud of their team.

Jalen Hurts has recently signed a contract extension, and the Eagles are poised to continue their brilliance into 2023.

They have added two top-tier defenders via the draft and Hurts and the offense is set to make another deep run.

Will the two teams meet again in the 2023 Super Bowl?

Many fans have called for it, but the Chiefs will especially have their work cut out for them, given the strength of the AFC.
