The Golden State Warriors got their first win of the opening round the other day, even without the hard work of Draymond Green.
Green was suspended for Game 3 because of his controversial stomp on the chest of Domantas Sabonis of the Sacramento Kings.
Green wasn’t able to support his team on the court during the game but he was able to give his opinion at home.
During the latest episode of his show, Green talked about his suspension, saying he didn’t know he could be sidelined from a game for past actions and didn’t know he could be penalized for taunting a crowd that was flipping him off and menacing him.

Green’s suspension was due in part to some of his past actions.
The NBA said that his repeat offender status contributed to his shocking sidelining.
Green clearly disagreed with this.
Many NBA fans online were supportive of Green.
But there was a huge number that came out to voice their disdain and opposition to the player.
“Always the victim,” one user said, complaining about what he saw as a refusal to take personal responsibility.
Always the victim….. I’m actually a big fan of this guy. Hell of a player. Just one that needs to take some personal accountability.

“Did you know you can be suspended for stomping on someone when they’re on the floor?” another fan asked.

Some people thought that Green’s opinion was so incorrect that he should be suspended yet again, solely for voicing his thoughts.
Bruh you need to be suspended for game 4 just for this take alone. @Money23Green

Then there were many who said that Green is a very important part of the team.
One fan said that “every team needs a player like this (maybe a little less extreme).”
Non-Warriors fans can hate Draymond because of the dirty play and his ego. They should also be able to acknowledge that he is a good player and every team needs a player like this (maybe a little less extreme).

The Warriors were able to score a win without Green but they are very eager for him to be back.
Game 4 in the series will be on Sunday in San Francisco.
You can assume that Green will be welcomed by his fans and his team in a very big, supportive way.
