The Los Angeles Rams will look to rebound next season.

That’s definitely the case for Aaron Donald, who’s coming off arguably the worst season of his career.

Donald didn’t finish in the top three voting for NFL Defensive Player of the Year and couldn’t even finish the campaign due to injuries.

That’s why he’s making sure no one forgets about him this season, as it shows in his latest drill.

In a video shared by Bleacher Report, Donald can be seen literally choking his own teammate while moving to the side, and that definitely doesn’t look fun at all for that guy.

Plenty of fans took to Twitter to react to the rather unorthodox drill, sharing their comments about it.

Truth be told, there’s no amount of money you could pay most people to even try to get choked by Aaron Donald.

He’s one of the most physically imposing players this game has ever seen, and he’s made a case for being considered a top-three defensive player ever, at the very least.

But even with Donald getting back to full strength, plenty of people still have doubts about the Rams’ ability to get the job done and get back to Super Bowl contention.

Injuries, departures, and a front office that seems to be eager to cut back expenses could make it quite difficult for them to compete at the highest level.

Then again, we know better than to count Aaron Donald and HC Sean McVay out at this point.
