Tracy McGrady is an NBA Hall of Famer and seven-time All-Star so everyone agrees that he knows what he is talking about when he discusses basketball.
McGrady is now a commentator for the NBA on TNT and gave his opinion about this season’s MVP race.
Like many others, McGrady is going all-in on Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets.
On Tuesday night, McGrady stated his argument for Jokic, noting how the player is averaging a triple-double nearly every night and gets his whole team involved.

These are two talking points that many other NBA fans and analysts are citing.
Jokic is currently in a neck-and-neck race with Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers for the top individual trophy in the league.
But McGrady believes that it’s Jokic who should be winning the prize, which would be his third in a row.
Jokic might not be as good a defender as Embiid according to McGrady, but the way that he gets his entire team involved in the game is a huge testament to his skills.
This is just one of the many special factors about Jokic.
He is a massive player, one who can score plenty of buckets on his own.
But he’s also known for finding his teammates no matter where they are on the floor and is perhaps one of the best passers in the history of the NBA.
The man has multiple ways of helping his team win and that is what makes him so incredibly unique.
As the regular season winds down, you can expect to hear many more opinions from experts, analysts, and fans about the MVP race.
