The New York Jets have been one of the most hotly-debated teams of the NFL offseason.

Despite missing the playoffs for 12 straight years, many have predicted that the Jets will break this drought, especially with Aaron Rodgers as their leader.

While this prediction is held by some analysts, others aren’t fully bought in.

In a recent segment of “Get Up” on ESPN, Louis Riddick had a short statement about the Jets’ 2023 season.

“Win the Super Bowl or shut up,” Riddick exclaimed.

Riddick highlighted several comments that were made last season, including, “If we had a quarterback, we’d win the division.”

Many Jets fans and analysts conveyed a similar sentiment in 2022, especially given the strength of their defense.

As Riddick mentions, those excuses will be no longer for the Jets, now that Rodgers is their quarterback.

The Jets didn’t stop with Rodgers, having an offseason that indicated that they are “all-in,” according to Riddick.

They have added significant pieces to their roster on both sides of the ball, hoping for a better season result.

Rodgers even has some familiar faces on the team, as the Jets signed both Randall Cobb and Allen Lazard.

Mecole Hardman was brought over from Kansas City, and Garrett Wilson is coming off a strong rookie campaign.

With any luck, the Jets’ offense will be unlocked, and the team can silence their doubters after breaking its playoff drought.

Making the playoffs isn’t enough, at least to Riddick.

In his mind, it’s Super Bowl or bust for the Jets in 2023.
