The Miami Dolphins are coming off their most crushing and disappointing loss of the season.
They failed to keep up with Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens, allowing a whopping 56 points.
They are the only team to score more points in a game this season when they put up 70 on the Denver Broncos.
However, they don’t have time to rest on their laurels.
They have a must-win date with the Buffalo Bills on Week 18, which is why former NFL player Jason McCourty urged them to just focus on the moment and not on everything that has happened in the past.
Talking on Good Morning Football, McCourty stated that the Dolphins can’t focus on losing Bradley Chubb or what happened last week or even in their first matchup of the season; they just need to seize the day and make the most of the opportunity they have ahead of them.

The Dolphins haven’t won the AFC East Division in 15 years, and while they’ve struggled to beat the Bills of late, they still control their own destiny and have a unique opportunity to secure that divisional pennant on Sunday.
Needless to say, all the momentum is on the Bills’ side, and they know it.
That’s why HC Mike McDaniel will need to do a solid job of keeping his guys motivated and locked in, as they cannot keep listening to all the outside noise, the criticism, and the doubts about Tua Tagovailoa and their ability to beat winning teams.
